[Global concert producer Shifft Entertainment sings MOU with MomoNetworks, community platform developer]

Shifft Entertainment (co-CEO Park HyunJae and Jung JinCheol), a global concert producer, announced on the 13th that it has signed a business agreement with Momo Networks, the operator of the community platform Momoboard.

The two companies will jointly promote △ Hosting cultural and artistic events at home and abroad △ Planning and investment in overseas K-POP concerts △ Cooperation in operating and revitalizing artists' communities on Momoboard △ Cooperation in global expansion such as the U.S. and Japan △ Cooperation in other business areas agreed upon by the two companies.

Shifft Entertainment is a global entertainment company founded by experts in various fields such as entertainment, finance, and overseas networks, and aims to become a comprehensive cultural platform company by going one step further from the role of producer and supplier of K-content at the center of global cultural content. The producer of the existing squid game is South Korea, but Nexflix, an American company, is an example of a company that is making huge profits using the IP. Starting with its own brand music concert (SMF), it is expected to contribute greatly to expanding the base of K content around the world.

Momoboard is a "community platform" that combines message boards, chat, and cloud storage in one place, allowing users to be notified and collaborated on each post in real time on mobile and desktop, and posts with images, videos, and files are permanently and securely stored on cloud storage. In addition, recently, we are preparing to make it easy for anyone to experience Chat GPT by downloading the Momoboard app through Chat GPT API linkage within the community platform.

"Through this business agreement with Momoboard, Momoboard app users will have a new experience of creating profits while enjoying music in the community," said Park HyunJae, co-CEO of Shift Entertainment. "We expect the collaboration of the two companies to shine in the process of global expansion."

Shin Jae-hwan, CEO of MomoNetworks, said, "Through this business agreement, we expect that many K-pop artists who will be on the stage of Shift Entertainment's own brand music festival (SMF) will contribute greatly to expanding the base of K content around the world."

Meanwhile, Shift Entertainment has been breathlessly immersed in its business since its foundation in April this year, winning various projects with local media groups and promoters in Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, and Brazil.
